I bought a 2008 Aura on January 10, 2012 from the parking lot of All Foreign Auto Parts. I bought the car as is and was told that nothing is wrong with the car. I did not notice the leaking oil because it was on black ash fault. I drove the car one week later and the check engine light came on and it was leaking oil. I took it back to the owner and he had someone check it. The only thing that had to be done was the battery was disconnected to make the light go off. They told me they didn't know why the light was on in the first place, but it's fixed. I was also told that the oil filter was changed out. more

I've been dealing with this store for 2 days now & they have been great! The personal have been very helpful & courteous to me the whole time. The person who wrote the horrible review must have been having a bad day. I would go there again & plan to. more

I went there on October 2008. Not a lot where you can walk around in. You go and ask for a part and they let you know if they have it or not. Anyways, when we walked in, the dude gave us a un-welcoming look. We ask if we could walk the lot or was it one of those, ""ask and you will receive"" lots. The guy there gave us an answer with an attitude. Customer service is SUPER BAD!!! The parts are EXPENSIVE. We asked for a used part that they had in stock on one of the cars and the condition was just ""okay"". They wanted $40 for it. Damn.. it only costs that much at the dealership. This dude was ridiculous, so we laughed and left. Psssshhh.. I would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN Nor Recommended it to anyone. STAY AWAYYYY! Pros: None! Cons: Bad Customer Service, Attitudes, EXPENSIVE! more
