Serious people, I will say this 100 times if I have too. Before they got my check they were zoom zoom fast! Ok ya got it. I should have had a reciept of deed within a week. Several weeks later I try to contact them via phone and e-mail. My e-mails should have thrown a red flag. They say they sent me an e-mail, ok possible however when I send e-mails asking the status a 2nd grader could figure out something is wrong. Now I have to get the seller involved & he is the one that is getting a response. What the hey? So I get it at last and guess what? Yep it's wrong, ok so everyone makes mistakes. Now I find out I should have this corrected in a day, well I dont have to take off my shoes & count on my toes we are on day 6 since the correction should have been made. Almost month 2 since cash has changed hands, this whole process should have been 1 week. I guess Connie with All Florida title should have taken off her shoes when she was counting, because I am sure she was not counting on reading this wonderful e-mail. I hope she feels as warm and fuzzy as I have felt dealing with ""we treat all customers as if they were the only ones"" Oh, thats in their mission statement. I just want what is mine, no more no less.
