I went the other day and this is a great idea in theory and could be a fun experience if the employees didn't seem to hate their jobs so much. They only explained the costs to us and then the paint colors. Did not tell us about supplies (water, sponges, more brushes, paper towels, etc...) which I didn't even know they had until I checked out. They should just make a rule of no children because they obviously hate having them there. They barked at our kids like drill sergeants. I would prefer if they let ME know that my kids shouldn't touch anything and I will make sure that happens, don't discipline my kid- especially when they have done nothing wrong. The only people there were other people who had kids and an employee told a woman with a baby to walk the baby around if she started crying and another employee told another child to sit down because it was ""too dangerous"". Listen, we are not at a five star restaurant, we aren't in a museum, we are not in church. We are in a silly pottery place where people come to have fun. When I checked out, the woman did not even look up at me, let alone thank me. She simply barked out my charge and told me when to pick it up. I brought the brushes hat we had used up to the counter and I asked what I should do with them and she snidely said, ""Well, you were supposed to leave them at the table, but I guess I will take them."" Oh, I'm sorry!! Maybe I didn't know that because you didn't tell me that and by the way, you are welcome for the fact that I cleaned up my area for you. I will never take my kid back there and I will tell everyone I know about their customer service. I don't think it matters to the owner because it seems as if several people have had the same experience or worse and nothing has been done. There are other places to go have fun with little ones- this is Orlando. And you could do this at home for less money and no hassle.
