Five Star Dentist! Awesome Dentist and practice, very clean, neat professional. On time and pain free! I have had several oral procedures from gum grafts, sinus lifts tooth extractions, inlays, overlays, several root canals with no pain and was very comfortable. I would recommend Dr Orlov and his team to anyone and have made several recommendation to family and friends. more

My mom needed a deep cleaning and a treatment consult and she can't rave enough about Dr. Orlov and his office. It was her best experience at a dental office to date, and she has been to a few in Boston prior to that visit. Dr. Orlov is a fantastic doctor, friendly and sympathetic and offers a wealth of experience. He and his stellar team went out of their way to make my mom feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Orlov is a very skilled dentist with a great deal of experience, and does excellent work. This is true of many dentists, but what I find puts Dr. Orlov at the top of the field, is his sensitivity to the typical anxiety and fear patients experience. His kindness and compassion shine through in his eagerness to make each visit as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. Convenient appointments are available for late in the day or Saturdays, which is how I found All Dental when I had an emergency on a long weekend and not only did they answer the telephone, but said I should come right over for a consultation, and I have been a patient ever since. The staff is friendly and helpful with things like figuring out insurance. more

I recently had to change insurance :(, so i am very sad to leave Dr. Orlov. \r I went for my check-up with my new dentist, and she highly praised Dr. Orlov's work. She said: ""Very good job on you onlay, by the way....Whoever did that, did a great job!""\r When i was pregant with twins, i had a terrible pain in my tooth, and my dentist at the time did not take me...told me it was just go away...i will be fine. But i was not fine. Dr. Orlov did a fantastic job....I ended up needing a root canal, etc. He did a fantastic job! Very meticulous and precise. \r Thank you! more

I've had several oral surgeries, and these guys are great. A pain-free experience that saved my teeth and gums from dentures. Not to mention, they are great with health insurance. I will continue to go to Dr. Orlov for years to come. more

I came to see Dr. Orlov by a referal from a coworker. I needed lots of work done but, most importantly, I needed several implants that I was really afraid to do. Dr. Orlov was pleasant enough to explain the procedure, answered all my questions, showed implants on dental models and provided a video demo for me. His secretary provided the treatment plan with pricing that, as I checked later, were customery for the area. He advised that oral conscious sedation would be a good option for me and I never regreted. Finally, he treatment planned my implants via a special software prior to actual implant appointment which, along with sedation, made the appointment a breeze. I would highly recommend Dr. Serge Orlov to anyone seeking a competent surgical and cosmetic dentist!!!! more

This place is great. I had broken my front tooth and needed to get it fixed asap as I had a wedding to go to on Sunday. Came in on Wednesday and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Dr. Orlov is very professional and the whole office seemed very friendly. Love the tv's for each chair. Reasonably priced. more

Convenient location but very expensive and lack professionalism. I went there because I was recommended the place by a friend. Once I got there everything was fine until the dentist looked at my teeth. Then dentist instead of looking at potential cavities or etc. (I came in for cleaning) he started criticizing my previous dental work (fillings). So, I came in for cleaning but ended up leaving with filling that supposedly needed to be redone. Dentist who worked on me did another filling without Novocaine and some x-rays. Once it was time to pay for the visit, I received bill for $250, which also included 10% discount for referral from my friend. Keep in mind that I had insurance at that time and should have only paid 10% of the whole bill. SO at the end I know I paid way to much because my current dentist never charges me for same work, neither do other dentist. Basically this office just tries to charge you for anything they can. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS DENTIST UNLESS YOU LIKE TO PAY $$$$ for average work. more

When I moved from Framingham to Waltham over two years ago, I was recommended the All Dental Office at Watertown by a friend. I was immediately very impresses with the state of the art facility, latest technology and a friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. They are very good at accommodating my busy schedule, very flexible and make appointment late evenings or on Saturdays which is great when you have long work hours and small kids. I have always been very good at attending regular teeth cleanings and dental check-ups before but already at my very first appointment at All Dental I felt the difference in the level of care. The staff is highly educated and experienced. The job is done fast and painless, just what you want your dental appointment to be. Dr. Mazo is extremely experienced in applying anesthesia. I had number cavities to be treated and I did not feel a thing. It was great. I also highly recommend my hygienist, Zina. She does an amazing job for me and my daughter, also a huge difference from my previous hygienist. While very gentle, Zina is quick and thorough with her job. I highly recommend the All Dental office in Watertown to everyone. It is a great feeling to finally being able to trust your dentist!!! Thank you All Dental, keep up the good work!:) more

I went to All Dental Center first as a new patient. I was very nervous to go as I have not been to the dentist in several years due to fear. I had lots of bad experience in my past at prior dentists. I have to say that All Dental was very friendly and helped to ease my nerves. The doctors at All Dental are very professional and broke down what I needed right away versus what could be done at a later date. they also helped me to work out payment through their financing program, which helped me a lot as I do not have dental insurance and needed lots of dental work complete! overall, great experience. -Diane K. more
