The staff did not even acknowledge that I had walked into the door. There were like 3 workers standing at the front desk cursing and throwing things at each other. The smell was horrible! It smelt like something had died in there. The animals were filthy! The small animals were all sneezing and it looked like there was red stains all over the cage. Most of the reptiles did not even have water bowls and the cages were smeared with fecal matter. I could see into the back room and they had tons of cages crammed with so many small animals on top of each other in the cage. The fish tanks were covered in algae and there was dead floating fish. I did not see any puppies but they did have cats and they were old. Really skinny and poorly groomed with super long nails. I can't believe this store is owned by a veterinarian. If that is the way they keep the pet store I will never ever take my pets to the clinic. Parkway Small Animal and Exotic Hospital. Judging by the pet store they have no clue how to properly care for any animal!!!!!!
Pros: This place was disgusting!!!
Cons: I feel so sorry for all those poor animals!!!
