We had a pre-death contract. Being able to do most of the paper work via email at the time of death was very helpful in decreasing our stress level. The staff were very supportive. more

This place is amazing.....I lost the love of my life, my husband, and the way they handled it was so considerate and professional. I felt like one of the family. They were very sensitive to my needs. It made a very difficult situation easier. They took care of everything from start to finish. Not that I would want to, but I would recommend this place to anyone and I will. My experience with all-county funeral home was very good. The representatives from the funeral home showed kindness and respect. All my dealings with the funeral home was done in a professional and competent manner. The death certificate information was obtained from me in a careful manner. When I picked up my sister's ashes I was told to wait in one of the rooms and ashes were obtained and given to me. more

I appreciated the professional manner in which my friend, Mary Ellen Ross, was cared for. My late husband, was in the funeral business for years and we were part owners in a facility. I liked the individual room where the cremains were displayed as well as your staff's consideration of my feelings. I do recommend that you supply some sort of container (shopping bag) for the cremains to be carried in. It is also a good advertisement. The new reusable bag material is also a good idea. Making an eleven-day trip from California to Florida after my brother's unexpected death in Palm Beach County, the All County Funeral Home went out of their way to provide me their assistance day after day until we finally had a death certificate and cremation could occur. My mother passed on 5/28/14. From the beginning of our interaction with All County through the day of the funeral and even beyond, the entire staff was professional, compassionate and accommodating. My mother and my whole family and guests were in good hands. All County's services were invaluable. I researched a couple of funeral homes years in advance, and All County was the best on all of my criteria. more
