All American Smog Test Only I

ALL AMERICAN SMOG TEST - 91306 I DO NOT recommend this place for a Smog Test. I called before heading over to make sure they were open, the guy was rude and told me he had to go when I asked what the price for the test would be.he asked how I found them I told him the internet, he said read the coupon but WOULD NOT confirm the price. With trepidation, I went in to the shop and found an empty shop with just him in his miserably hot garage (the guy who had to go on the phone). I gave him my DMV paperwork and he performed the smog test in about 10 minutes. Then he proceeded to over charge me while he kept telling me how to file my DMV paperwork online and answering other questions I hadnt asked. I told him he was dishonest by overcharging me. Here is the breakout of charges: with the $25.76 Coupon he charged me an ADDITIONAL $50.00 for a WHOPPING TOTAL of $76.75 which is $31.75 more than other smog testing places in Los Angeles. He said the test was 26.75 8.25 for the certificate 10.00 surcharge 5.00 transmission fee. This is a classic bait and switch because the coupon clearly states the price plus 8.25 for the certificate, the other charges are all BS. Ill report this to the BBB and put reviews on other social media to alert others to beware of being ripped off or overcharged. more

I've had a very bad experience with the owner/employee of this ALL AMERICAN SMOG center on Winnetka/Saticoy for several reasons: He would never honor the discount coupon, he overcharges customers ($50+), and doing unethical business practices. He is very rude, impatient, disrespectful, and arrogant. He doesn't value customers and hopes customers would forget about his bad attitude and service. You'll notice that his smog station shows no activities, no customers, and empty. Hopefully soon, his business will close with no repeat customers.
