Poor customer service 5/23/2014

They lie to you to your face. I bought a car they didn't have on their lot, showed up to get it the next day and it wasn't the exact car I bought. To make it right they were supposed to add the navigation and tow package to the car. They couldn't put on the either because service was closed for the day. Made an appt for next Saturday (because I live 2 hours away) they detailed my car because they weren't able to do that either while service was closed and added navigation. No tow package because it wasn't in yet. Made another appt for the next Saturday for tow package. Go to pick up my car Tuesday because it wasn't ready til late Monday. Tuesday get in the car and it says passenger brake light is out. They pull it around to service and said they are too booked to get it done today. Brand New car, I don't live there and they can't fix my brake light. Leave once again in loner vehicle. Called Thursday to go pick up, they say let me call you back. Call me back with it's done but they are wanting to keep it until the morning to make sure it's ok (another lie). I call service and no one knows if there is even a technician assigned to my car. Friday I call everyone I can at All American Dodge to find out what is going on with my car and have heard.. It's been assigned a technician today, could be a wiring job, we are 5-7 days turn around on all service calls. Now I get a call saying they are getting a new tail light assembly it might have had a short in it, won't be here til Saturday morning. Pitiful service. No one knows anything and they all lie to cover their mistakes. more

Wonderful People! 11/30/2011

We have bought most of our vehicles from them since movingf to San Angelo in 2003. Occasionally we have to go back to the dealership for something in the service department. Every time we do we recieve smiles and waves from the sales personnel we know, and the service department, especially Alex, is always polite and courteous. In fact, the salesman that sold me my car, Santiago, came to talk to my husband the other day when he was dropping off his truck. Santiago told my husband to remind the service department to check something on it for him that would give us better fuel mileage. Now, he didn't have to do that, but it was appreciated! These folds are outstanding and just wonderful people. more

Very Poor Customer Service 12/29/2006

They made an error on the payoff amount and more monies were due. No problem except for my mom had passed away during this time, I called them to let them know on Wed that I would be in on Mon to take care of it. They called 2 times after I had let them know to demand that we get in there and pay the 158.00 on a 40,000 truck that was bought, not caring that we had lost my mom. Meanwhile the truck is there on loose bolts on the steering stabilizer and some issues with a lift the dealership put on the truck. I called the GM after waiting for him to call me for 2 days and he didn't even know the truck was there and appeared to care less about the fact of my mom passing and told me that the money was owed and it needed to be paid, which it was on Dec 4th. The dealership cannot be bothered apparently to note records of situations that do arise. There was not a problem in paying what was due, it was just the timing of situations that were going on. The GM made it sound like it was more my fault for them calling than it was the dealerships. I am very appalled at their behavior in a time like this - especially since I had called them to let them know what was going on. I guess the almighty dollar means more to them than a life. Just received a phone call from the salesman and he said it will be Tues before they will have the papers ready for the work they have done on the truck including the 115 pt inspection that should have been done when the truck was purchased. I don't know why so long on the paperwork as you would think that it would be available when the work was done on the truck. I guess unless you ask they don't give out proof of work done or receipts anymore. more
