All Access Security

A good place to receive training, but a very bad place to receive anything else beyond that. They're not technical when it comes to following up with your guard card. The lady at the front desk always seems unprofessional and act as though she doesn't have the time for your tedious questions. They are not helpful beyond training... more

I have read the reviews on yelp. I have read ""jr s"" review along with ""meandmybigtoe"" and I have noticed these are both the same person making different accounts to post reviews. I am Brandi who works at all access and I have spoken to Natasha suttle who is the one writing the reviews under ""jrs"" and ""meandmybigtoe"" The reviews are untrue in many regards. first this client was informed to return with her Live scan information. The client did not return therefore could not be processed due to missing information. This step is state mandated and it requires that every guard card applicant to complete a live scan (fingerprint). Also the client paid 95$ not 200$ as stated, the payment was for training (guard card) and state fee. This was paid on August 17th and not two months ago like the client stated. The live scan was to be completed by the client and brought back into our location and was never completed. i recall this client clearly due to the fact we had a long friendly conversation at the time training was completed, while waiting for the clients ride. This client had no complaints while in the office. The second review under"" Jrs"" is also by this same client and is also untrue. This client has been contacted several times and each time the client hangs up and does not want to be helped. The client was given many options to assist her and does not want any of our help. The review itself is untrue, discourteous, and slandering. The Ladies are on the Phone doing their Jobs & making sure All Clients are taken care of in a Timely Matter. I have NEVER had any problems with the Staff & how they handle their Clients. They all work hard to please & get the Job Done!!!!! more

I went to All Access Security and I'm 100% satisfied with their service. The instructors take 1 on 1 time with all the students to make sure they understand everything. I felt safe knowing that I was with responsible people. They put in the extra effort to make sure you leave with the experience and the knowledge necessary to succeed in the real world. Very nice staff and always welcoming. If you have a question they will take the time to answer them. Loved the training and have been telling others to go here. The instructor knew what he was teaching and he made sure we understood everything before moving on to the next step. I'm glad there is an academy in which a woman can go and be taught without having the instructor or other individuals looking at you like you don't belong. I really would recommend this academy to anyone, especially women who are interested in security. Go attend a class and you will see how excellent this academy is. The best part was, the classroom and area in which we practice, were clean and neat. more

Took the course a couple months ago. They did an excellent job going through all the rules and regulations. They went through a lot of safety procedures and the various types of firearms. I would recommend the course to anyone. more

I have been in security for years and I have never had training like this. I learned stuff that any security person could use at there jobs or even defense on the street because he made it so easy by breaking it down step by step. Anyone that needs training should go there for any kind of training. more

i know craig,this fool is such a scammer. one time he gave everyone checks and we went to cash them and there was no money in the bank. then a week later he payed us with cash. he only wants to talk to you if you have money or getting a license. thats good thing when its easy to get your license. but a bad thing working for craig. he also fires his secratary every other week. then he lies that he can get you a job just to get your license there and take your money. more

I am a retired fire fighter with the los angeles county fire dept and i have read some of the reviews on this company. I disagree with some of the comments made by a few of the students who posted negative reviews . Over the last several years i have been certified in firearms , baton , pepper spray , handcuffs , concealed weapons and guard card from all access security training center with no problems at all , in fact this is one of the few facilities who actually train students not some ride and sign like others. I have witnessed some young students who were in my class trying to take the easy way out and was quickly addressed my the instructor which is the correct way to ensure safety for our citizens in california. I would advise anyone who is serious about obtaining a guard card etc. to attend all access security training center you will be pleased . more

okay they won't give you nothing .. ... but im filling a police report cause we have to have some justice against these scam fake fony people ..know i worked hard for my money to just let these people take my stuff for something i nevered got!!! so for the people who got riped off add me on here and iim going to make sure that we get are money back are it will be a lawsuit and he / creg will lose his job for good more

I had a great experience at all access security training center. While attending a security guard card class a few months ago, The staff there were very helpful and patient since this was a new career for me. While i was training in the classroom in the rear of the facility i heard the owner talking to 2- young males who had a criminal record which could of prevented them from obtaining a guard card. The owner gave them a telephone number to a paralegal who offers services for those with a criminal past. I thought that was nice of him helping them when most training facilities just tell you to leave because of your criminal past which was told to my cousin by 4- training centers. I received my guard card in about 10-days and i'm looking forward to a new career in the security field ,i noticed that the more certifications the more money you will earn . Good choice for anyone who attends all access security training center. more

Okay. this place totally blows...Everyone who works there acts like they dont know whats going on..when you call, your not likely to get any of your questions answered....Secondly.. they didnt even send my application in to the bsis until the third week..the extra money you pay is supposed to be so its expidited..NEVER again will i ever contact this place..waist of your money and time...and like the other person says..those girls in front..bunch of lames more

Worst place ever dont even think about getting your guard card there. The girl in the front desk stays on the phone like kobe shoot all day. Place needs a fix man help out just dont cash out. more

All access security is a nice place. They might not be a big a company with a huge office, but they get the job done. I like the fact that he is 1 on 1 with you for the most part. They staff is friendly,and they guard cards are less expensive there.. I haven't work for Craig, I just go get all security licsenses there. Pros: Knows what they are talking about, and and helps you out. more
