All About You Hair & Tanning

I have went to this salon since it opened. It is a very clean and comfortable salon. The girls are very sweet and always give me what I ask for, except when it's impossible! Lol more

I've been to this salon several times for a number of different services. The staff is very friendly and I always have a good experience. the place I use to go always rushed to get me out of the chair but they always take their time and seem to really care. more

Went to All About You Salon in Batavia for a Pedi/Mani. I would stay away from this place! They tried to give me a 35.00 pedi using a foot fixer. (Not kidding) No way! Then we just settled on a mani - they used the new shellac nail polish. It dried terrible (marbly and clumpy) then they didn't know how to get it off. Talked to the owner and she just said to touch it up and walked away. SUCKS. more

I went to All about you to get my nails done and they did an absolute terrible job! It was definitly not worth $45. When I go to a perfesonal salon to get my nails done and pay that much money i expect an amazing job! As soon as i got back to my house i took out my nail polish and fixed up my nails myself and personally did a way better job! I go to salons so i do not have to my own nails because i expect them to do a better job than i would do since that is their perfession, but apparently not! more

I have read the one bad review on this site. I feel badly that this person has a negative experience and feel sad that it has been vented here. I find All About You a GREAT place to go for hair! I've been using them for several years and have NEVER had a bad experience!! I have had several of the ladies do my hair and they have always been professional and appropriate. The quality of my haircuts and color work have led to many compliments! Its a GREAT value for the quality of service they provide. And keep in mind, even Burntskin went back after having a problem! That says to me, there was something that had her going back!! more

I had been going to this salon for quite some time and never had a great experience with the employees but i continued to go back because it was cheap and on my way home. Well on one occasion just like any other time i went in and tanned and then got my eyebrows waxed after, just i have always done. When the woman waxed my eyebrows the first strip of wax she out on was VERY hot, i cringed and she let it cool a bit before putting it on me after that. Well before she was finished she re-waxed the same spot that she burnt, for what reason i don't know. Well i ended up leaving the salon in alot of eyebrow pain but figured it would be fine sometimes it burns a little cause of irritation but always goes away. to make the story short i eneded up with a huge scab all under my eyebrow where she burnt it and called to complain, the women on the phone was so rude and insisted that it was impossible for that to happen, so i asked to speak to the manager, ""she was the manager"" and she was the person who did my eyebrows. Well after going through as many people as i could they said i should come in so they could see it. A girl was there that i had never seen before, she gave me 2 free tans to make up for the price of the eyebrow wax. Today (a few months after the incident), I called and made a tanning appt., gave them my name and they told me to come on in. When i got there they asked that i do not tan there anymore so there wouldnt be anymore problems!! I have never had such horrible customer service in my life, they were so rude and unprofessional. And YES they did burn my skin under my eyebrow and i have pictures of it to prove it as much as they want to deny it they are a worst place to choose to go, for any service for that matter.
