All About Vacuums

This is one of my favorite stores. Every time I go I find something new and the staff is exceptional. The one girl ( I think the owner) always remembers my name. I don't know how she does it but I love the personal touch. I bought my vaccum here about 4 years ago and I can't recommend them enough. more

Good: nothing to like at all. What i would like is to see this place close down. If i could rate something with negative 5 stars i would.. Bad: Absolute worst experience that I have ever had with a merchant. Never in my life have I felt so taken advantage of and downright dis-respeted by merchant. The sales girl that is normally there is the most rude, incensetive, and bitter human being. I have never gotten into an altercation with a merchant before this experience (with a vaccum i bought there that broke three times in the first year). Simplicity is a peice of junk. lady refused to give my hepa filter and screen back to me (that was mine).. Other: if you like being scolded and chastised like you are a 2 year old and made to feel stupid and be brought to your absolute maximum level of primal toleration for despicable human behavior, this is the place for you. For us non massochistic individuuals, look elsewhere for somewhere to buy or have a vaccum serviced. The lady is so mean and nasty there, she probably reads these reviews and prides herelf on them, like being mean is a badge of honor. I needed anger management therapy after i left that place.. more

I took my Progressive Kenmore vacuum cleaner this business to have the electrical connection repaired between the hose and canister. Power would go in/out and it sparked. On my first visit, they told me they could repair it and that would be no problem. Instead, they cleaned it and claimed they repair it when I picked it up the next week. It cost me $102.80. It had a strong fragrance odor that they put in the vacuum that closed up my throat and I did not ask for this service. Most importantly the electrical problem was still there. Their hours are limited!! I explained the problem of their hours and the connection problem. The man working there did not like my complaints and did not want to hear me. Treated me like dirt and talked down to me like a baby. They were aggravated/bored that I was there. They claim they have no memory of what they did. Their approach it very poor. They have no records/history & do not live up to their work. They did not believe anything I said. They could not tell me what was wrong with the cleaner when I told them what was wrong. They speak demeaning to you and will talk down to you. They boasted how great they are. Verbally abusive to me and tore up the ticket in my face after I asked for phone # back on the ticket. Almost called the police. Ran after me in the parking lot after I grabbed my cleaner and walked out. He continued calling names and putting me down in the parking lot. I told them to leave me alone and the would not. They are crazy. I do not want you to go here. They will disappoint you. more

I love my simplicity vacuum! Rachel told me I would love it and I do! After buying several vacuums that didn't hold up, it's nice to have a great reliable vacuum. I'm also really impressed with their service. I bring my vacuum in every year and they overhaul it. the store is clean and the people are really nice and actually talk to you. These guys are the best! more
