All About Technology has become such for me.\r \r My MacBook Pro suffered water damage, rendering the logic board dead. I had first brought my computer to the Geek Squad and was disappointed with the long wait, an odd mishap, and poor communication. I then brought my computer to All About Technology, and in under a week had a new logic board--a hard-to-find original custom order--installed and working as smooth as it did before the damage.\r \r Willie promptly kept me in the loop of what he ordered, when it arrived, and the results of his testing, upon which I was given a warranty for service and parts should the logic board replacement fail.\r \r I didn't expect things to go this smoothly, but it did--and Willie made me feel real good since I know there is someone I can trust should I have computer problems in the future. more
