I have been going to Rowan for over 4 years now. Today, I was disappointed and will NOT be going back...I had 3 appointments...one at 3:30, 4, and at 4:30. I did NOT leave there until after 5:30..These appointments were for cleaning..My daughters missed their practice and their game because of the amount of time that it took for them to see them. and the people that came in after us, went in..and came out shortly afterwards(also got their teeth cleaned), before my 3rd daughter even went in. By that time it was after our appointment times. I was quite angry when I left there. more

I took my son there on three occasions. The first, an evaluation, everything seemed fine. We came back to have some spacers a former dentist put in re-cemented. We waited well over an hour past our appointment time to be seen. About three days after the spacers had been replaced, they fell out, so I called Rowan Dental again, and explained what happened. I took him back, and this time, my 6-yr old son waited OVER AN HOUR in a chair in the back office before he was seen. They had forgotten about him and when I complained about the wait, they realized he was sitting back there! The doctor cemented the spacers back in, and we went home. Three days later they fell out again. We did not go back, but a year later we received a FINAL NOTICE bill demanding $228 for their ""service."" If you have unlimited time and money, maybe you would want to patronize this place, but for anyone else, stay away! I wish I could give them negative stars as a rating. Cons: The service is terrible! more

They are awful. They do a terrible job and file false insurance claims. They will then withold refunds that are due to you. Awful! Pros: None. Cons: Rip off! more

I thought that the dentist and the secrataries were very professional. Even though i didnt get in until 30 minuets past my actual appointment i really liked them. the office is really nice. Everyone there was very professional and did their job even though i didnt get in on time i enjoyed going there. Pros: good staff, great dentists, Cons: get in later than your appointment sometimes more

Made me wait for over an hour past apptmt time without any explanation -- I complained and then left. They were just too disrespectful of my time. My experience also included overhearing reception people talking about clients and other rather annoying / unprofessional gossiping within hearing range of waiting room. If I wanted to hear yadda yadda yadda while I was waiting, I'd bring my in-laws with me to the waiting room. more
