When I first walked in I was greeted right away. They are very friendly and experienced stylists. They even have nail techs and tanning too. One stop shop!! I was made to feel welcome, most pleasant experience. Will always be a life time customer and friend. You guys ROCK!! more

I am a new client who visited this tucked away salon. I was quickly greeted as I entered and taken right away to my stylist, Shannon. Shannon took her time asking questions and wanting to know what I wanted, which I wasn't really sure myself ~ she ended up doing highlights and a cut. Let's just say ""I am completely satisfied!!!"" I made my next appointment to see Shannon. \r While here, I signed up for tanning too. This place is a gem and I will be recommending this to all my friends and family :)\r Thank you Shannon, sorry if I was a ""complicated"" client (lol) but you did put me at ease right away - you are the best! more

I had an excellent experience this weekend at All About Hair and Nails. Julie colored and cut my hair and I was so pleased to finally have found someone in the Wake Forest area to take care of me. She advised me about keeping my hair in good condition and helped me with some styling tips. I will definitely be back! Allyson T. more

My first impression was when I pulled up to the shady looking strip mall this place is located in. I should have turned around at that moment. Once inside I was greeted very quickly and taken to the room where I would be getting my hair cut. After that it all went downhill. \r \r 1) the woman cutting my hair had just finished and said ""we're gonna go out back"". I thought she was taking me into a back room to get something else done, but NO. She literally took me out back where I was greeted by two other employees smoking cigarettes. One said a curse word and then apologized and then my hairdresser said ""it's fine, she's cool"". Just imagine standing n the back of a strip mall with your stylist smoking a cigarette with the freaking black cloak still on and wet hair! Bottom line : very unprofessional!\r \r 2) I wanted to get gel nails and the lady was honest that she wasn't very good at it, which was great. But she continued to offer the service but at a ""discounted price"". Bottom line : don't get a service from someone that says they aren't good at it. Unfortunately I was too nice to stop and was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt but it was terrible.\r \r 3) if you don't care about professionalism then this is the place for you. If you want to feel as though you are at your friends place that is also the trailer park hangout, this is the place for you. The haircut was terrible and the nails were even worse.\r \r 4) oh and before I forget, the one lady said she used to work at the Walmart hair cutting place after she was done cutting my hair. Additionally, she left because she got beat up in the parking lot by a man and she never felt comfortable after that. GREAT THING TO TALK TO YOUR CLIENT ABOUT!\r \r On the better side is that everyone was very nice, they just don't understand how to provide professional service. Their prices are that of a professional place but its not. \r \r I would never recommend this place to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. more

If you want a great hairstylists, you have to go to All About Hair & Nails. Carol takes the time to truly understand what you want done to you hair, and if you don't know what you want she can work wonders. Each time I go in and get my hair done I come out feeling great. I love it. more

I have been searching for a place to get my hair cut for sometime and had not found anyone I wanted to return to after the first cut until I found Carol at All about Hair and Nails. I love the atmosphere when I walk in and everyone is super nice and very helpful. Best of all Carol is awesome! She has cut my hair several times and always does a fabulous job and I am constantly asked ""who does your hair?"" Great place and Great Stylists! more

I am very picky when it comes to my hair and the only person I have gone to in the last 5 years is Carol Henley. She's amazing and I never have to worry about what I am going to leave looking like. I can go in and say I want something different, close my eyes and relax , and she always gives me something I LOVE!!!!!! P.S. My husband always loves it too! more

I was a first time customer and I could not believe how unprofessional this place was!!! The stylists were arguing with each other and the unnamed lady that was cutting and coloring my hair was not focusing on what she was doing but more on yelling back to the other lady. What a horrible experience!!! I also talked to a few of my neighbours and they had the same thing happen. I strongly advise against this ""salon"" more

I was having trouble in the last year or two really liking my cut and color. A few months back I found Julie and started going to her. My hair looks FAB! She does a great job with both color and cut and really takes her time with you to ensure you are happy. I highly recommend Julie - she does a terrific job! more

I recently brought an elderly woman to her appointment at All About Hair and Nails. She has been coming here to get her hair done for a while and loves it. I have to say I was very impressed! Her hair style and color looked great! The owner was very nice! more

I have been going to All About Hair & Nails for many yrs. I don't think I could go anywhere else!!!!! Misty Dart is amazing!!!!! NO ONE does nails like Misty! I feel like a family member when I walk in and everyone tells me hello. The owner Debbie Dart really does care about all of her stylists clients and makes sure that we feel welcome in her shop. I was blown away by the complete disregard for customer service that I experienced from the owner of All About Hair and Nails today! She was completely rude and unprofessional! I had purchased a certificate for a manicure and pedicure and was shocked that she was not willing to stand by her commitments. Thank goodness it was purchased through a third party who was willing to make things right! Based on the way I was treated today, I will never set foot in this salon and would encourage you not to do so either! more

I went to this salon after receiving a coupon from a friend and was SO DISSAPOINTED. I asked to have french done on my nails and the nail artist replied that she couldn't do that. I thought that was her job? A train wreck of an appointment followed including multiple family members strolling in and out during my appointment, being left so that she could take a phone call and her bad mouthing her own customers. I was disgusted by the unproffesional behavior put forth by a seemingly nice salon. The nail artist made me feel very uncomfortable and I was planning on staying for an eye brow wax but couldn't stay in that building one more second. I was so relieved when I could finally leave. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON and am warning my friends about avoiding it as well. more

I have gone to many salons over the years and this was the best experience and style I have ever had. I did an at home hair color and messed up my hair. I made an appt. with Angie and she was the best. My color was perfect and the style was beautiful. I was so happy I couldn't stop looking at it all day. The price was very affordable and the service was excellent. more
