I went to ""All about family dentistry"" a few months ago for a tooth removal. When i went into the office the receptionist told me about a program called ""I CARE."" So first i was told that the procedure would be 175.00 dollars, and all i would have to pay that day was $75.00 and give them my account number and they would automatically deduct $50.00 out of my account till it was paid off. So it sounded like a great deal. I gave them the 75 and my account number. After my extraction and when i was checking out they told me it was going to come to a total of 275.00 for one tooth to be pulled. So they were going to set me up on a 4 week period at 50 a week to pay it. So the first week came along and 50 was taken out of my account, that following week i lost my job, so i called the office and talked to a lady named tonya. They said they would work with me in paying them. it was a month later and I got phone calls from her telling me they needed a payment, OK thats understandable. I explained my situation to them. When it came time for me to pay and i couldnt they called me like crazy telling me that if i didnt make a payment they would take out a felony warrent for theft by conversion. Keep in mind i only owed the 150.00. So a couple weeks went by and they kept calling me harrassing me tell me they will take out a warrent on me. Then i get a call form a rep at ""I CARE"" asking me what was going on, i explained to him. So he goes on to also threating me with a warrant. At this point it had only been 4 weeks since my last payment. I owed 150.00, so after being harrassed everyday by these people, I went up to the office to pay 80.00. I told them i could have the remaining 70.00 paid off in 2 weeks. Tonya told me that she would not do that cause it was too long and handed me my debit card back and went on to explain to me what i was going to happen when she took the warrant out. How i was going to get arrested at my home and have to find a bonding company to bail me out of jail. So i told her i would pay by Nov 30, (since Dec1 was not ok to make my last payment on, but Nov 30 was) So i paid the 80.00. A couple days before Dec 1st i recieved a phone call saying if i dont pay they will not work with me and take out the warrant. 70.00 is all i owe. Ive paid them $205.00. Ive had to consult an attorney over this. Its rediculious and the attorney said they cannot take out a felony warrant. They are harrassing you. All i had was one tooth pulled and months of headache dealing with this company. DO NOT GO THERE!!! more

I went to the "" All about family dentistry"" for cleaning and removal of my wisdom teeth. The doctor found two cavities and included it on the treatment.\r I was not expecting to have a great time or great recovery after all that, but I was not expecting the doctor to just cover my cavity w/o removal. Yep, that is right!!!! I was in pain for 2 weeks going to her and all she said was that the filling was too high. Around 4 pm, 3 weeks of amazing pain, I went to a dentist in Towne Lake, he removed the fillings and voila, cavities were still on both of my teeth and they were very inflamed from her ""partial"" drilling, I almost needed a treatment canal, by the way, the fillings were very poorly done too.I went back to her office with pictures of my teeth to recover some money to pay the other doctor but she refused, I spent over $1000 plus insurance with her and another $475 for emergency "" fix up"" with my other dentit.I sent a complain to her board and it was recognized.\r Please stay away from her, one more thing, she gave me this liquid to rinse my mouth after wisdom extraction and I was not feeling my gums , I went to her and she said that it was normal and there is no side effects related to the rinse,after a few uses my gums were really bad I had no feeling to drink thru a straw or real movements because inside of my mouth was very thick,she took a look again and couldn't explain why, I went online and sure enough I was having reaction and it is common. She is an idiot, she should be exterminated from practicing, please go somewhere else Cons: The doctor should be expelled from practice more
