All About Cleaning

I just started using this company about 1 year ago. I love having them come to my home. I am greeted with friendly smiles and hello's! The crew is in and out and my home looks great. Even our dog is excited when they come :) Lisa is always accommodating when we need to make a change. I have referred them to several of my friends and they too use All about cleaning inc. I recommend them highly. more

Amanda, I do have a sister named Mitzi and we do own a house together. I also have a client named Mitzi and her home is 4500 SF. Let me know if I can answer any other questions.\r In regards to the clients with the negative reviews. There are circumstances that are best not mentioned in each of those cases. We have been in business since 1975 and of course have had some unhappy clients but 98 percent for our customers are very pleased. We never want to have and unhappy customer. We do all we can do address that when it happens but unfortunately, sometimes it is beyond our ability to rectify. more

I find it interesting that one of the few good reviews on here from ""Mitzi"" must be somehow related to the owners of the company. Research on cleaning companies brings up public record of them owning a house together! And it is not 4,500 sqft! How is someone to find a good cleaning company if they are doing fake reviews! more

Have loved using All About Cleaning! We have had the gals clean these past 20 years and in two different residences in St Louis County. We have had several gals over the years. Over the years we have had one cleaner or 2 or 3 working in a team. Presently we have 3 and I become acquainted with each gal and have enjoyed the gals in my home. They go through a strict interviewing and training program by the owners. We feel safe and they are always trustworthy. They have always done a fabulous job of cleaning. And, we have animals - all of the gals have enjoyed and tolerated my spoiled pets! If we need something special cleaned or a request, they will always do their best. They are easy to work with! I recommend this company highly - and I am picky about my home!! more

I JUST WANT TO START OUT BY SAYING THE WORST CLEANING JOB EVER. EMPLOYEES WERE 15 MINUTES LATE AND LEFT 15 MINUTES EARLY. THEY WERE TOLD WHEN THEY ARRIVED LATE TO MY HOUSE THAT THEY ARE NOT TO CLEAN THE BATHROOMS AND BEDROOMS WHICH THEY DID ANYWAY. THEY WERE TOLD JUST TO CONCENTRATE ON THE THREE ROOMS. YOUR EMPLOYEES WERE GIVEN 3 ? HOURS PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 2 HOURS TO CLEAN 3 ROOMS A TOTAL OF 900 SQ. FT. I BELIEVE THAT 5 ? HOURS IS ADEQUATE TIME FOR 3 ROOMS. BASED ON YOUR ?STANDARD PROCEDURE? I FELT VERY POSITIVE THAT WHAT I WANTED ACCOMPLISHED WAS EASILY AT HAND. NOT UNTIL I RETURNED AND ACTUALLY LOOKED AROUND DID I SEE THAT JUST THE MINIMAL AMOUNT OF CLEANING WAS DONE. I HAVE ENCLOSED SOME PICTURES THAT YOU MAY INCLUDE ON YOUR WEB PAGE SO OTHERS MY SEE WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL JOB THAT YOU DO. I ASKED YOU TO MEET ME AT MY HOUSE THAT DAY. I AM SORRY THAT THE WERE TO BUSY TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER RELATIONS PROBLEM THAT DAY. AFTER LOOKING AT THE BBB REPORTS I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY. I have just recently signed up All About Cleaning to clean my 4,500 sq. foot home and was very pleased. I asked for them to do the basic cleaning dust, sweep, mop and bathrooms. I also had them add an extra, clean my blinds. They did a great job! When I got home a was pleasantly pleased. Thank you Lisa for being accommodating to my schedule. more

Paid $75 for a 3 hr (actually 1.5 hr with 2 people) Groupon. The owner, Lisa, without having seen my house told me that ""it would be better if the girls never came"" because I had an old cat. I told her that the house did NOT smell of cat urine and that they should reserve judgement til they got here. She said NO. I wrote Groupon for my money back. Also, they want a 2 HOUR window from your ""scheduled"" appt, no weekends,, nothing after 3p. more

Paid extra for double ovens up front. It took three women a couple of hours to try to clean my range with my own cleaning supplies. ""You want us to clean that?!?"" When they left, the stove was as dirty as before, and mostly untouched. When I complained, I received a small part of my fee back. I wish I could find a cleaning company that was industrious and professional. more
