I candidly would give Zero stars if I could. Decided to give this clinic another chance which has shown to be very poor judgment by me. IF YOU LOVE AND VALUE YOUR ANIMAL, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS CLINIC. I boarded my dog Lemon here at this clinic for 5 days. Upon picking her up, she had scratches on her face and paws and was unable to walk properly (photos and video attached). She is a 85lb rottweiler. I can only assume they had her in a kennel that is way too small for her. Her temperment was completely opposite of the usual. She appeared to be laboring and in pain. Her paws were knawled off. In analyzing my dog while walking the car, it appeared she had many, many small gnat-like flies all over her. I suspect the kennel she was in was not clean and she was itchy and biting on herself during her stay. Even before picking her up, I was curious about the conditions in which she was staying so i made a request to the front desk upon arriving at the clinic to see what those conditions were like for the dogs being boarded there. I was informed by a lady named Juliana at the front desk that I would have to wait for the doctor to arrive to do so. No problem to me. I sat and waited. The doctor came into the clinc from the back entrance about a hour later but never came to the waiting area to address any concerns. She COMPLETELY REFUSED to allow me to see the conditions in which my dog was being boarded. She did not even have the empathy or care to come to the waiting area to address the fact that my dog was in a completely different condition than what i dropped her off in. All communication I had with the clinic was through Juliana at the front desk who looked to be something like a meth head. She also showed no empathy and actually told me that i should of looked at the conditions before trusting them to take care of my dog. At this point, others are in the waiting room and they are hearing this. No professionalism whatsoever. more

First they put our dog down and just handed her back in a plastic bag, Second they man handled our dog mickey causing the assist in his belly to erupt. last they kept our dogs for 2 days no call or anything on updates and to let us know that we had to wait to pick them up because of two emergencies. Our dogs should have been done first since they call to reschedule my appointment, if that's the case then they shouldn't have moved it since they weren't going to have it done the same day, They sucked don't go there they will rob you blind and kill your animals more

The vet was great and really cared for my dog. Once she was diagnosed she immediately recommended she be hospitalized for the night and had me follow back-up with more bloodwork. I can honestly say she truly cares for the animals she treats. more

I wouldn't even give them one star but this review made me. They are not all about animals, they are all about money! We were the only ones there and it took them an hour and twenty minutes. They didn't even give us a rabies tag for our dog. When I got home and realized it I called them back and they said they wanted $20 for it. What? After charging me $260.00 for an appointment that was supposed to be $89.00! They stuck us in a room that didn't look clean for over an hour. The vet said my dog had a suspicious growth that needed to be biopsied but left the room and never returned. Don't go here! Go somewhere else! You will be better off! more

They do not follow up with you when your pet is sick, was not offered an overnight stay which could of saved her. My pet died and when I went to get the cremation started the Vet did not give her condolences and would not even look at me. I will not be going back there. more

I took my dogs to get their ears cleaned I questioned one of my dogs and was concerned about them being infected. They took the dogs to clean their ears and trim the nails after I paid $60. When I asked about the ears condition and thru said they are fine and not infected. Great news, I thought. I brought them all home and for several days they were shaking their heads a lot and scratching. I looked inside the one I was told was fine after my concerns and there WA black stuff coming out. I called back up there telling them these dogs were no better than when I brought them. They said they would have the vet call me back. Its been over a week and they won't return my calls. I took them all to a real vet and they are fine now. And the one that was"fine with no infection" is infected and being treated. Bad business and I wouldn't take my worst enemies animal there. more

I have been going to Dr. Holder for years. I was disappointed to learn Patty had resigned. The receptionist had no idea who I was or why I was there?? Seems like more training is needed in that area. more

Young kids not knowing what they are doing and not seeming to care! more

Muffin has not eaten or drank in over a week and I thought I would have to put her down because I couldn't afford the treatment but because of Dr. Hughes kindness and love of animals my dog will recover and have many years with us. more

Dr. Hughes, Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to work in your clinic. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the experience I obtained there. Hopefully I'll be seeing you in the future ... I learned so much at All About Animals and I know it will help me in the future. more

Thank you for taking such good care of me. I am feeling very good now and driving my mom crazy. I just get so excited every time she comes home! She tells me I'm awfully expensive for such a young dog but she says I am worth it. I am gaining weight also. Hopefully the next time you see me I'll be big. <3 more

Dr. Hughes is the only one to diagnose the puppies correctly and gave them instant relief. I am so satisfied. The staff is great. I'll be back in two months with more puppies more

Each time we have brought Heidi in, she has received excellent care. As owners, we received explanations and options that cover all treatment concerns, and modalities. more
