I've been seeing Teresa for all my waxing needs for at least 6 years now, and she just keeps getting better! Now, Alkemy offers sugaring (a faster and less painful way to wax)! Basically, warmish wax is rubbed onto the hair and pulled off in the direction of the hair growth. This causes less skin trauma, and since the hair comes out in the direction of growth there are also fewer ingrown hairs! I highly recommend it! Alkemy is incredible (all the technicians are great), and this new service makes it even better! more

If you are looking to get a pro wax this is the place to go... this was my first time getting a brazilian and the staff made me feel totally at ease... I have been getting brazilian waxing for years and this was the least painful of all my waxing experiences, something about the type of wax they use, or probably just how good they are at their job. I was extremely satisfied and will be going back again! Pros: nice atmosphere and staff more

Teresa/Owner of Alkemy is extermely knowledgeabel, she always takes her time and never uses any short cuts. Alkemy spa is in a great location on Park Ave in Winter Park the facility is brand new and everything is state -of- the- art and is immaculate!! You will not be disapointed. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I was treated like gold, and Teresa and her staff were professional and caring. I got so much individualized attention, and was treated like a true gem. I came for a massage and facial, and it was nothing less than a true slice of heaven. Best brazilian wax 9/3/2008

Teresa is wonderful! I got my very first brazilian wax today from her. She made me feel very comfortable and open around her, which most people can't do. I don't even speak to the women who cut my hair, but she had me talking the whole time! The office is clean and comfortable. Her staff was very helpful in giving me directions to her office. I'll be definately going back for a second waxing and any of my other skin care needs. This is the only place i'll recommend to my friends! I was very pleased to know she used hard wax, which didn't irritate my skin at all, like soft wax does. :) I could rave for hours about how great my experiance was, but check it out for yourself!!!! Can't find a better Spa in Orlando 5/8/2008

I visit Orlando once a month from DC, Teresa's SPA is my favorite place to go after a long flight. I had visit several Spa's in Europe and Central America, I believe that this is a place that you can not stop coming back! The feeling stays with you all day! i have been going to teresa for over 3 years now. from the very first visit i felt so at ease and relaxed. even after i moved over 100 miles away i still travel back to winter park for my waxing needs. i have tried others and what a mistake!! thanks to teresa and staff for being so nice and considerate. i love you all!!!! see you soon!!! more

BEST SPA IN WINTER PARK!!! CELLULITE TREATMENTS, FACIALS, WAXING!!! 3/15/2008

I absolutely love Alkemy Skincare and the staff. From the first day, the owner Teresa, welcomed me into her spa and made me feel extremely comfortable. I was looking for a spa in winter park that could help me with all my needs. I have been receiving Celluite Treatments with the Dermosonic Machine and I noticed results after only 5 treatments. I was going to another place in Winter Park to receive the dermosonic treatment, but it was more expensive and they never seemed to have enough time for me. Teresa always books in extra time to talk to me, and adds extras into her treatment, which I LOVE!!!!.... I was breaking out badly and Teresa helped me control my breakouts through deep pore cleansing facials, peels, and her epicuren skincare line which is amazing. After each facial, I see a noticeable difference. Pros: best facial, cellulite, waxing in orlando and winter park!!!! Cons: nothing!!! more
