A great, family run, trustworthy company that cares about its customers. 11/18/2010

I really appreciate Olive Auto Center because Ali, the owner, is particularly personable with the customers. I feel that I can trust their advice on my car, and I don't feel like they are taking advantage of me as a customer. Those are the big reasons I use them. I have been using Olive Auto for about a year and a half. Their work is great. I have had much better performance on my car since I have gone to them. They are very reliable on their timing estimates, and their monetary estimates have been very accurate. They are also flexible as far as taking things in and giving me advice without charging me. Overall they are great with their customers. more

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. 11/15/2010

I have been using Olive Auto Center for 21 years, from when they were at a previous location. I trust them. They have worked on one car for me and done just about everything from routine service (oil changes and timing belts) to electrical problems. With Olive Auto Center, you never feel like you've been cheated, which is my problem with most auto services such as dealerships. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. more

The Best Auto Shop 9/25/2009

This is one of the most reliable, reasonable, friendly, and honest auto repair shops I have ever used!!! I always feel like they are being fair with me and not taking advantage of me because I am a woman. Great asset to Burbank locals!!! more

Excellent service. I feel I can always trust that they are telling me the truth and doing a good job. If I am only able to pay to have certain things done they will honestly tell me what is the most important thing to fix first. I've been going to themfor years now. more
