When we first moved to this complex we loved it for the size of the floorplans and how close it was to the expressway. Now we can't wait to move out. Ever since the main maintenance person has left the place it couldn't be more trashy or disgusting. I asked the leasing office to clean the road in front of building for 3 weeks and the only way it got cleaned was the heavy monsoon rains we had. Our track lighting in the kitchen has been broken for 8 months and everytime we call to get it fixed they ignore us. A lot more college students and younger couples have moved in too, creating way too much noise. The complex also has lax security, more than once I have caught teenagers jumping over the fence to go swimming in our 24 hour pool. Then when i go to work in the morning i find the pool littered with trash and empty beer cans. All they seem to care about is getting more tennets and if our rent check comes in on time. I would stay away from this place and look for a place with a stronger property management.
