Alexandria's Grooming

I have been taking my Spaniel to Alexandria's for over 5 years despite having moved a distance away. The cuts are always perfectly beautiful, and the groomers are gentle and patient. Could not give higher praise. more

I have two Labradoodles, both with undercoats. Alexandria's is the absolute best grooming experience I have ever had. Professional, no nonsense tell me exactly as it is, is best case imho. If don't understand willing to take time to explain, also willing to listen to my critique. Consistent good clip/grooming. Always alert me to an ear condition or anything that they notice which I might be aware or might have missed. Dogs talk if we listen, these two race each other to get inside on grooming day and so proud of themselves after. (I have had bad experiences elsewhere. Ex. one came inside then immediately hid after using mobile groomer - with good reason. Another I came back early only to hear the cries of distress from my oldest...what I saw when I simply walked past and to grooming area was enough to have me take them immediately from the premises immediately. There are others yet this is sufficient). My two love to swim and are active, brushing them properly daily is not consistent. No worries now as consult with Ria found a cut and ongoing partnership which keeps my kids looking great, relieves me of pressure to brush daily. The surface always looked fine yet unseen undercoats can be so knotted is painful for them, have not had this since using Ria and her groomers. I would give a ten on all counts. more

My dog's fur condition and our preferred cut were fully discussed. Returned to find a completely shaved dog (with a furry tail) and a top dollar price. He looks awful. There were the usual excuses about skin condition, bite marks, etc. But he was brushed daily and except for his dirty furry face he should've been cut and brushed as agreed. We certainly paid for this service not a quick all over shave. If you go, get an agreement in writing and demand that they call before deviating ftom the plan. Otherwise be prepared to shudder and pay big time. Not for big dogs ever. more

They are just wonderful to my little Pekingese. They are very gentle in the way they handle her, knowing she has arthritis and her haircut is darling. These ladies are just beautiful people! more

When we moved here we went to a few groomers and were not impressed. We found Alexandria's on the internet & decided to try it because of the reviews and there was a coupon. We were really happy with the results. our cat looked adorable in her little lion cut and our schauzer was cut exactly the way we requested. Also, the place smelled and looked clean even with all the animals there. We went on a busy Sat. Even though they were busy the owner took the time to find out exactly what we wanted. more

I was referred here years ago...and have never been disappointed.... And neither has our dog. I've referred them to several friends and clients and they all rave about Alexandrias! You will too. more

We have been bringing Peyton to Ria Burke for 5 years. She makes the grooming expierence for Peyton as Pleasant as she can. From the friendly smiling face at the front desk, to her caring staff. The salon is clean and Peyton always looks great and smells clean upon her return home . I wouldn't use anyone else to groom our Pets, and have recommended them time and time again to our friends and family. more

I don't mean to sound like I'm overreacting, but after my dog Kiara came from Alexandria's after getting groomed, she seems to be HAPPIER and everytime we go there,she wants to jump right in, like it is a Candy shop for dogs.....Love the place.....GREAT EXPERIENCE...... more

I dont know what Ria does,but shes MAGIC,Pompano and Kareta,Love to go to get the works........i trully recomend this Grooming salon,because is very friendly,they care and they are very Profesional....... more
