Like a couple of other reviewers I am puzzled by the poor ratings of this dealership. I bought my 07 E320 from A-Rod MB and my daughter has her MB serviced at this dealership as well for the past 5 years. As far as service goes, what more could they do? They change my oil in the parking lot at my workplace, they pick up and deliver your car to and from locations far beyond what I would even consider as a reasonable expectation. Their sales and service staff are very ethnically diverse contrary to one of the other reviewers remarks and very professional and friendly. Just recently I dropped my car off for service and I was checked in by a black service advisor and when I wandered over to the new car area to look, I was greeted by an asian salesman. Other service professionals that have checked my vehicle in have been hispanic and white. Phooey on the lack of diversity. Not true. My experience at this dealership has been all positive. Professional, friendly staff who try very hard to go the extra mile for the customer. more

If you think you're safe dealing with these guys because of the Alex Rodriguez name, what they've spent on their facility, or the amount of advertising they do, forget it. The reality is they're no better than a corner used car lot. Bought a car from them that couldn't pass a state inspection because it had faulty brakes and tires. Guess the fact that they knew that I was buying the car for my wife to take the kids (aged 3 and 4) to school just doesn't factor into their bottom-line-only way of thinking. Dropped this lemon in my lap and never looked back. Never again... more
