Alex Optical is A+. I was in the market for a new pair of glasses. I went to all the chain stores and they didn't have what I wanted. Other places wouldn't take the time to help me find what I was looking for. They were too interested in selling the stock they already have or telling me that's it not possible to get what I wanted. Or some places said that if they were to order it would be and extra $75 because it was a special order plus it would be 3 weeks before I would receive it. Basically, I was looking for a rimless pair of glasses with unique shape. I wanted a square pair of lenses with rounded edges on a bronze frame. Alex Optical was great; they said that they could design any shape I wanted, because they do custom work. Alex Optical was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment I got my glasses I have loved them. I get compliments on them all the time. My face is the first thing people see and I wanted it to make a statement.
