It has been so much easier to own my rental properties since I hired Alert Realty. I don't have the time to do it anymore and now they're running things better than I ever did plus I'm saving money. They work hard for me and I appreciate their service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of the service. more

Great response and repair 1/5/2012

They have been fine and have never bothered me in the time I have lived here. I needed them recently and was surprised by how helpful they were. The oven stopped working and they were quick to repair it so I did not have to go without. more

Great company 10/12/2011

I am a current resident in Longmont that is managed by Alert Realty. \r I have to say I was a little apprehensive when I looked at a home I was interested in because of the condition. I was told that the home was pending carpet cleaning and painting. When I showed up to do my move in inspection, everything looked great, even better than I anticipated. They really kept their word. I am loving my new place. more

I found a place that I was very interested in renting on Craigslist and it turned out to be handled by Alert. They were able to show the home to me right away and when I decided I liked the place, the application process was very simple. I have lived in the home for almost a month now and everything is great. The walls were freshly painted and carpet professionally cleaned. I wish the house came with a refrigerator, but other than having to buy my own, I am very happy with the place! more

we have use this company for about 9 years to deal with a rental i the same town. In that time we have been extremely satisfied the entire time. The few emergencies that have come up are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. When a renter does move on the unit is filled again with a credit worthy tenant in no time. I would recommend them to anyone seeking management services. more

I have sincerely enjoyed my relationship with alert realty& investment Co. and love the area, but time has come to move on and enjoy other opportunities which avail themselves. It has been almost 4 years that my family and I have called this home and this apartment has been special. Thank you for the friendly relationship we have shared these past years. more
