I am having the same situation as all other reviewers now. The warranty company sent them over in Dec 09. Guys walked in for not one minute, took a look at my washer machine and said he needed to order the parts. He said he'd call when the parts came in next week. Before the week was over, I called to find out if the part came in, and left a voice message asking for a call back. No one called me back, so I called again and was told the parts came in, but he was waiting for authorization from the warranty company. He set up a time (between 2 &5) for them to fix the machine and no showed, I called at 5:05pm and no answer, I called again at 5:30pm and received a recording asking to call during their business hours.
