I have eaten here several times with friends at their requests, not mine. The food is very ordinary and the servers have a snooty Princeton attitude. Prices are high, as they often are in Princeton's restaurants. This is a place where students from Darien take their parents when they are in town. Pros: Location in the center of town Cons: Pricey, servers' attitude more

Princeton Hideaway 7/1/2002

Went to Alchemist and Barrister for my birthday dinner and sat out in the Pub. Very quaint, cozy, and relaxed. Located in one of downtown Princeton's pretty nooks and crannies it is a charming restaurant. Service was good and food was great. My steak salad was delicious. If you haven't tried dining in Princeton, you should start here! more
