my regular mechanic rotated my tires while i was in for a tune up before i headed out on a long raod trip.when i picked up my car i noticed my tire was looking low. i figured when i got back from my trip i would drive to alberts to get my tire repaired or replaced. ive been going to alberts since 1999 when a friend reccomended i go there for tires. he told me how close they were to home and how quick the srvice was. tires, tires, tires! thats all i ever purchased from or talked to dean about (deans the owner). in ten years ive had tires repaired and tires replaced, ive had every question i could thin of answered at alberts. i wasnt aware that in 2002 my tire shop became a full service auto care shop.
on my last visit i asked dean ""let me get this staight, you provide tune ups, complete exhaust service, batteries, suspension service, alignments, brakes, oil changes..... everything!"" dean smiled and replied ""yep we do it all"". i lifted my head and looked at the service maquis and wondered why i never seen it before.
needless to say i have trusted alberts tire with the most important thing on my car, my tires! now i trust him with everything on my vehicle. the price is right and the srvice is impecable! i have always been treated like a v.i.p.
if you havent visited alberts in a while, or if youved walked in thinking all they specialize in is tires, i encourage you to take a look at how they use that super-big garage these days!
