Great Doctor 9/27/2011

Dr. Nix came highly recommended by many of my colleagues, family and friends and I thought to my self, ""No one can be that good."" Well, I was wrong. I don't think I've ever met a more professional, competent and compassionate dentist. As much as I hate going to the dentist with that being said Dr. Nix was nothing but professional and pain free. He gave me first class treatment all the way. This was probably one of the best experiences that I have ever had at the dentist. Oh did I mention that I hate going to the dentist. Highly Recommend. more

Clean and modern 9/22/2011

Unlike some other dentists I've been to, Dr. Nix seems to care about your pain level and comfort . Friendly, patient, highly skilled, he's my all time favorite dentist. The office is clean and modern. The front office is super helpful and friendly. I've found a real winner! more

Thanks 9/19/2011

First of all let me say thank you, to Dr. Nix and his staff. They have been great through my whole process!! At first I was a little hesitant to get the implants. I thought they would be really expensive; there would be a lot of pain, discomfort and a long healing process. After talking with Dr. Nix and his staff, they explained everything and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I am happy to say, Dr. Nix did the implants the very same day. There was hardly any pain or discomfort and afterwards I was able to go on with my day as normal. I did have a little soreness that evening and part of the next day that was it. Now I feel much more confidant and can eat just about whatever I want and best of all...no more adhesive. So now we can go to dinner and I don't have to worry about being uncomfortable. So... don't wait, if you're thinking of getting the implants- GO FOR IT, there wonderful!! So are Dr. Nix and his great staff. So call Dr. Nix today and let him and his staff make you feel wonderful about yourself too!! more

No pain 9/13/2011

The entire staff was awesome. I felt as thought Dr. Nix and his team really cared about my dental health. So often I have encountered the ""revolving door"" feeling with other dental places. Your staff was so informative. After my root canal, I felt no pain. That amazed me! Now I am no longer afraid to see the dentist. Also, the supplies to help with my periodontal disease care were amazing. Thank you so much for your excellent care. I will now be taking my family for their care and have referred my sisters in Forney so that they can switch to Dr. Nix. Thank you so much. more

Dr. Nix is awesome and so is his staff they have always been super nice to me and they always answer any questions or concerns I have. The wait time is short, you actually go in at your exact appointment time. They were recommended to me by my friend, and I highly recommend them to anyone, they are great. more

I got my teeth whitened and I love them I feel so much confident about my smile. My teeth were really bad I use to drink a lot of coffee and smoke cigarettes and finally I got tiered of how my smile looked and I went to go get my teeth whitened and I smile more! also everyone her was super nice to me. more

I actually have been going to different dentist because I couldn't find one that I liked, finally I came in to Dr. Nix office as a new patient and I got to say everyone was super friendly, super nice, and their office was cute & clean. I really liked my visit to this dentist. I will probably be back, they were very helpful. more

Very fast & friendly office. The dentist along with his staff are so very pleasant and very professional. Dr. Nix answered all my question's and concerns with no problem. Great Customer Service 8/2/2011

Overall excellent care and great Customer Service. Dr.Nix was very nice and understanding of the fear I have of the dentist, very gentle when it came to performing the procedures leaving me with little or no pain. I have to say he is one of the best dentist in the area by far. more

I just went here for the first time this morning and it was awesome. I haven't been to the dentist since relocating to Terrell a year ago (I'll admit I was scared!), but Dr. Nix and his staff are outstanding. I love how he went over my x-rays with me, I had no idea how to read them and thought it was cool how he told me where my enamel was, what my nerves looked like etc. From the front desk to the x-ray technician, to my hygienist, it was a great experience. I learned the difference between plaque and tartar, plus how to prevent them,and how to potentially stop a cavity that is in the works. Very informative and professional, but personal as well. Awesome awesome awesome. 10 stars. more

Extremely Thorough 7/25/2011

SUPER friendly....and they got me in about twenty minutes after I called because of a last-minute cancellation. Every single person I interacted with was SO NICE from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist. In particular, the dental hygienist, who I spent the most time with, was really cool. She told me step-by-step everything she was doing, and although she is clearly WAY more into teeth than I am/ever will be, it was pretty awesome how completely thorough she was. The was the most meticulous cleaning I have ever had. At the end of my visit, Dr. Nix came in and chatted with me, and he is a GREAT guy. I can see why he has such a flourishing practice... more
