Had spoken with Gordon ahead of time, so he was expecting me and had everything written up. He arranged a porter to drive me home as well. The work done was the 90/100k mile maintenance for a 2003 Tundra and only the work specified was completed, exactly as per our discussion. Gordon politely informed me that there were a few other issues that could wait, but would need attention down the road. Overall a very positive experience. No surprises on the repairs or the cost! Gordon is very professional and friendly at the same time, a complete pleasure to deal with! more

The sales staff did everything possible to see that we got the best deal we could. In my eyes they bent over backwards to see we got the best trade - in value on our car and we drove out in the one.we wane! more

I have a 2000 Lexus SC300 and I love the service I receive great service every time I bring my car in I am totally satisfied with both the service or the representative. This last visit my car needed to be repaired and I requested your mechanic by the name of Justin....great mechanic, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and everything you would want in an employee...I trust both my Lexus vehicle and my Toyota Tacoma (bought at Alamo)...I wouldn't buy any car from anyone else . Everyone at Toyota is what you want in a dealership, including the store manager, Don Hanes more
