Raquel did an awesome job with estimates ahead of time so I could get approval from my corporate office. Then she got me in on a Thursday evening at the spur of the moment when I could get it in. She is always diligent to call you regarding the status of your vehicle and works with the shop to get your vehicle done as quickly as possible. more

A slight misinterpretation of the problem that I brought my truck in for. My rear brakes where inspected when I brought it in for a noise from the rear bearings. I'll have them just replace the rear bearings at next service. I did a little research and found that the used truck I bought was previously owned by a rental company this is probably the reason for the bearing noise at this early of mileage. Also it could be a little confusing for someone with the names of the services. I had 68k miles and was scheduled for a 10 k and then when I looked at my receipt, I saw that It had the title of a 75k. more

Great! Joel was helpful and demonstrated professionalism above reproach!\r \r My only beef is about a month later, my tint on the drivers side started to peel. I took a day off from work to get it fixed at Alamo. Again, a month later the drivers side started to peel. I didn't want to take it back to Alamo so I requested Red Toyota to do the tint work but they said only Alamo can do it. Well, I talked to the service manager and convinced him to repair it. No problems at this time. more

I purchased my new camry under the impression it came with the Blind Sport Monitor (BSM). I have seen TV commercials that mentioned this extra. Nowhere does it mention you have to special order your car with it. The commericals are misleading, all camry do not come with it. learned this only after I had purchased it.\r The were other issues that have since be resolved.\r I have bought different cars through Alamo Toyota and always have my car serviced here but I guess loyalty does not mean a thing to them. Let the buyer beware! more

Went through USAA car buying service. Alamo was one of the dealers listed. Was immediately contacted, provided withe the info I requested as well as a competetive price. Had to wait a few days for the car's arrival at the dealership, but it arived by the projected date. Assistance by sales people both before and after (setting up Entune) was exceptional. The straighforward and timely info I was provided is probably what switched me from Ford (my last 3 cars) to Toyota. more

My Alamo Toyota buying experience was one that I have bragged about! From the moment I called and spoke with Jeremy until the moment I drove off in my most- favorite-ever new Camry...it was an A+ venture. The process was actually enjoyable and surprisingly easy...neither of those words are typically synomous with the car buying experience...I'm telling everyone!
