Alamo Rent A Car

My wife and I have rented from Alamo (Mesa airport) many times on our trips to Phoenix. The customer service has always been exceptional. I make it a point of having my drivers license and other information on file before each rental- this speeds up the effortless process in getting the vehicle. The ""lot"" staff with the customary bottle of water are always friendly, willing to help to even accompany us to the vehicle. On returns, the last one no exception, a very friendly employee checked over the vehicle to include a reminder for us to make sure we had everything out of the vehicle (yes, I once forgot a GPS adapter!) which is much appreciated especially in haste to catch a flight. Alamo's staff has always demonstrated a good ""customer service"" attitude and I'd highly recommend this company for rentals.\r A satisfied ND customer...... more

The full size Chevy Malibu I rented had one tire with low air pressure before I left the Alamo lot at Mesa Gateway Airport. I should have asked for another car before leaving, but the low tire was at 30 psi versus 38 psi for the other three. However, the next morning, the air pressure was down to 18 psi. I called for roadside assistance, which was a nightmare of automated phone menus and then an unhelpful clerk. I called the Alamo office at the airport, and they sent a replacement car which I appreciated and which performed properly for the rest of my stay. more

Unbelievable customer service! Right from the start their concern was to please me. No pressure or add insurance, ice water waiting when i got to the car. By far the best car rental experience I have had. more
