We rented a Plymouth Mini-Van in Las Vegas. I paid online. It was great to walk to the cars rather than go to the counter. Service personnel were very helpful and lead us right to a great vehicle. The van was great to drive, it had enough room for all 5 adults and our baggage, it had all the bells and whistles we desired, we never ran out of great music with XM satellite radio. Thank you for a great vehicle and great experience! more

I rented a Ford Focus in Las Vegas. If you reserve and pay on line, you can skip the counter. I have done this with Alamo the last 2 times and it works very well. Take a shuttle to the rental center, walk to the cars, pick out one in the size you reserved and drive to the gate. They check your reservation and drivers license. Within about 10 minutes you are on the road. The only wait I had was for a lane to check out. There were 3 lanes open and about 5 cars total checking out. Overall it was a very smooth process. more

Great experience, checked in before getting to Vegas which made for a fast process at the airport. Not a great car selection, but the one we selected was clean and we didn't have any issues. I have been a long time customer of Alamo as they normally offer the best rates, and I am usually able to get a clean, good running car more

The best car rental experience ever! Super easy check-in and check-out. We got to pick our car from a line of available vehicles in our rental category. Was a little worried on return when the agent started closely looking over the car because a walk around was not done during check-out. Interior of car could have been a little cleaner, especially the windshield! \r Counter staff and check-in/check-out staff were all friendly and efficient.\r We will definitely use Alamo again! more
