Akeela Carpet Cleaners cleaned an area rug for us that had never been cleaned or even vacuumed before. With lots of kids in the house, it was embarrassingly filthy. They showed up on time (a few minutes early, actually) were very professional and friendly, and did a great, thorough job!! The rug literally looks brand new!! And the price they quoted me was significantly less than another company I called. Plus, they use earth friendly, non toxic chemicals. :) I would definitely recommend Akeela and would use their services again :) more

Mr. Gregory Issacs is without any doubt the best. He is a true craftsman. When he takes a job, like he did on my couch, which was water damaged by movers and had been in storage for 6 months, he restored my couch to a brand new condition and would not let any spot go, even if it was not visible with a magnifying glass inspection. He has an uncanny ability to see the tiniest little thing. The work on my couch exceeded his estimate (and my expectations, considering the bad condition it was in) but he didn't let that stop him. My couch looks better now than when I first bought it. No showroom dust. I am proud to write this recommendation and now consider Mr. Issacs my friend and know that no job is out there that he cannot handle no matter what it takes... Stuck it out for extra hours even though the work exceeded his original estimate. He took a look at our tile kitchen/dining area, which had been neglected for 20+ years. His contacts in the industry told him to stay away due to potential issues with the grout and the cleaning product we had been using. Refusing to accept defeat, Greg came out on his time to test the tile, then announced he thought he could do the job. He did the job, working his tail off for several hours, but the floor came out like new. Worked around our schedule, responded to calls or emails almost immediately. Cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship and professionalism. Don't get sucked in by the lowballers - I have. more

I had terrible pet stains on my carpet and they always came back after cleaning. Well, Akeela carpet cleaners (Greg) uses a 360 system and what a difference! He provided a reasonable estimate, showed up on time, worked hard, as did his assistant David, and the carpets are like brand new! Amazing, it blew my mind, and the stains did not come back. My carpets are genuinely cleaned! Extra care was taken in moving furniture and doing a thorough job. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend! more

Akeela Carpet Cleaners were very professional, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. We had really BAD stains in every room, including pet stains, but Akeela got them all out no problem. When Mr. Isaacs promised our carpet would be like new I almost rolled my eyes, but he wasn't pulling my leg. My wife and I were afraid we would be tearing our carpet out before Christmas, but Mr. Isaacs said we might get another 10 years out of them-now I believe! more
