By the time of just my third appointment, they had cancelled two appointments at the last minute even though they knew that I was driving hours just to get there. Their nurses didn't know how to administer a blood test and so I was never able to get a critical genetic test done. The ultrasound technician saw something troubling during the ultrasound and DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO ME OR MY HUSBAND - just scheduled us with a doctor and didn't even tell us they were scheduling us with a doctor.
Each time they provided these really lame excuses (which aren't really excuses at all), like ""the assistant forgot"", ""she didn't realize"" or ""all technicians are different"".
Bottom line, no one there communicates with one another, the patient, or even bothers to check charts.
Will be driving an additional hour or so just to avoid this location.
