Nice experience, we got just what we needed. Washer and Dryer. They are a little pricey but you can negotiate for a good deal.

Worst

Purchased a smooth-top stove and an over-the-stove-microwave on 2-5-07. I was told by the sales person that the stove would have to be ordered, and should be in stock by Friday, ...

We were very fortunate to have Roman as our sales rep. He had excellent follow up. When we had problems he took care of them. He negotiated with the manufacturer American Range when the owner of the company had promised one thing and they could not deliver. When product was damaged, he took care of it. He is a valuable asset to your company. more

I needed a hard to find replacement dryer (full sized stackable in customized space at my home) and my salesperson made a few phone calls and found one in one of your warehouses that was about to be shipped back to the manufacturer. He talked to the warehouse guy and had it delivered to my home in a couple of days. He also hooked me up with a great installer who also did a good job. Works great now. more

We were referred to Airport Appliance by our contractor. He specifically referred us to Pedro. We had absolutely no problems. Pedro spent time with us educating us about our choices: kitchen sink, stove top and ventilator hood. We were challenged by needing a small ventilator hood. Pedro went to the mat finding one to fit our space.Over the weeks that we were working together he was always available to answer questions and help with decision making. He ordered everything so that all arrived in ample time for installation with no gaps in the process. We are very pleased. more

I had a great experience buying a washer and dryer there.Everybody was great from the salesperson to the delivery guys ! We bought a front load washer and dryer for the price of an average regular duo. The price for both was fabulous, we saved about $ 400 or $ 500, they delivered on time and installed very carefully. the experience was great ! more

Don't Make My Mistake, Shop Somewhere Else!!!! 2/25/2012

I purchased a KitchenAid 3 door Frig. Was delivered with two dents. There was no answer at AA when we called to take action. So we accepted the frig. Since the dents were in the doors, which could be replaced. Big Mistake!!! However, my house is not. They scratched the doors, walls, floors in multiple locations. The only thing they used to try to protect my floors was a very thin sheet of cardboard. The wheels cut right thur it and damaged the hardwood floor. All told about $1000 in damage to my home from their poor delivery. Airport Appliance's response was, we have insurance sue us!!! There is absolutely no follow-up on their part. Carol the manager, will never call back. Claims the doors have been ordered, that was more than a month ago. Save yourself a lot of pain and frustration, purchase your appliances from somewhere else. more

Why Airport Appliance has ZERO customer service 12/24/2011

Airport Appliance has zero customer service. The burden of everything is placed on their sales people who work 100% on commission. The owners find every which way to STEAL the manufacturer spiffs and commissions from their sales staff. Management treats sales staff with serious contempt. Now you see why Airport Appliance creates so many unresolved customer issues. The root of the problem is the old man Don Van Eeghen and also his daughter Kate Van Eeghen, Presdient -- cough, cough . . . BTW -- don't believe any of the 5 star comments. They're written either by the Van Eeghens themselves and/or their sales staff to offset the real truth of their nightmare business. more

Their customer service is a nightmare as in virtually non-existent. AND they have reverse discrimination against employees. If I had only two choices in life, to go back to work for the Van Eeghen family or face a firing squad, I'd choose death. more

Airport is too bad !!! 9/16/2011

I bought a whirpool front load washer from airport on June. the deliver day is on June 25. When I first time used it on June 29th , the washer did not work. unfortunately, I need to leave the USA for my long summer vacation in China on June 30th.. Although I called the technician to fix the washer, but I couldn't have time to take the appointment because it is too late. So I leave all the problem to be solve after I came back on Aurgust 17th. more
