Maintenance for Winter 12/9/2018

Excellent Service 11/19/2018

Cypress Creek technicians came today to check our heating systems. They do it twice a year in spring and autumn and are always very thorough and careful and our systems work beautifully thanks to them. I highly recommend Cypress Creek A/C and Heating Co. more

Service for Leaf Ridge Drive 11/15/2018

Service got off on a wrong foot when the service date wasn't relayed correctly. Additionally, I requested Daniel to do the work and somebody else was sent. Nicholas was okay and in fact helped my wife resolve a thermostat programming issue, but I still prefer Daniel. I think the most important job of any company is the person at the phone who has direct contact with the costumers and if they aren't on the ball it can ruin a well established customer/company relationship. more

Great service 10/15/2018

I called this morning to schedule an appointment to have my heating system checked out and Jennifer set me up first thing with Garrett. He arrived early as promised and immediately went to work checking out my heating system. All went well and he provided me with a list of things I need to watch out for in the future which was very helpful. Timing couldn't have been better since the temp outside is now 59. more

Friendly professional expert service 10/3/2018

Cypress Creek AC and Heat is the only company our family has used for over 10 years. I am impressed by the good service we have had on our HVAC and trust them to do what is best for us. We have gotten a lot of help and maintenance for our money with their bi-annual inspection contract. Johnny is a fantastic very knowledgeable person and I highly recommend this company to treat you right. more

Cypress Creek Air Conditioning - Great Service! 8/3/2018

We have a long history of service with Cypress Creek Air and we have always had outstanding and honest service. For example, we just called for service on a Friday afternoon because we had an air conditioner go out, and Daniel came by late in the day (after a full day of working at another job) to check us out. Turns out that we just had a breaker switch off, and because it was not a "big deal", he didn't want to take payment for it. We have always felt confident in their work (we've mostly had Daniel) and we always feel like a valued customer. They treat you with respect and they're very good at explaining the service being provided. We'd highly recommend Daniel and Cypress Creek Air to anyone looking for great service! more
