Air blower inside wouldn't stop, outside fan (condenser) wouldn't come on. Called them, sent tech. Tech measured things inside, noticed it was taking a long time for air blower to stop once off on thermostat. Went outside, fan was running. Tech decided to put a new fan motor. Charged me $385 (only parts) for a motor that costs at most $75. Left house, air was cooling. At night, same issue - inside blower woudln't go off, outside unit wouldn't run.
Pros: Came same day
Cons: Tech doesn't have a clue, invented issue.
