Friendly company!! 8/15/2008

I haven't found such a friendly company to deal with as this one. I could have tried to buy my part online as well as the gentleman with the blog on the motor, but would I get the quality I need, who would change it for me, they drove to my house to repair it and they will take care of the warranty if needed, and that is what I paid for gladly!!! Pros: friendly and quality service Cons: I wish I found them sooner more

WHEN THEY FRIST TESTED MY SYSTEM IT WAS RUNNING AT ONLY 46%EFFICIENCY THEY FIX DUCT WORK AND IS NOW RUNNING AT 92% EFFICIENCY !!! ELECTRIC BILL IS NOW LOWER!!! Pros: CAME SAME DAY ! more

Clueless tech 7/12/2008

Air blower inside wouldn't stop, outside fan (condenser) wouldn't come on. Called them, sent tech. Tech measured things inside, noticed it was taking a long time for air blower to stop once off on thermostat. Went outside, fan was running. Tech decided to put a new fan motor. Charged me $385 (only parts) for a motor that costs at most $75. Left house, air was cooling. At night, same issue - inside blower woudln't go off, outside unit wouldn't run. Pros: Came same day Cons: Tech doesn't have a clue, invented issue. more
