I enjoyed working with Stuart Thompson who was a good salesman. Techs did a great job installing. But Lennox equipment is garbage--evaporator coil went out after only 3 years of use. Lots of similar stories online. Part is under warrantee but Airco service manager charging $1065 to replace for 4 hours of work. Airco doesn't stand behind their products so go somewhere else for a new system (sorry Stuart). more

It's nice to find an honest, trustworthy air conditioning company who shoots you straight and doesn't try to take advantage of you with parts and service you don't need to address the problem. They did a great job 5/10/2012

Airco installed a system and all new duck work in my house a few years ago and did a great job. They came up with a new way to run the ducks that places air where it needs to go. Had a minor issue about a year after the instal and the service manager simply took care of it! Thanks Airco. BTW, stay away from the vendor Green Collar Operations! Cheers more

The Airco technician showed up on time. 3/20/2012

The Airco technician showed up on time, was very courteous and because we had an older model he even called around for part for us. Once he located a store with the part needed, our Airco Tech went to the store to get it and was back within an hour and the unit was fixed 30 min. after that. These guys are Very professional! more
