Samantha - Air Repair and Associates gave her husband options and she decided to only repair against our recommendations. why would we not replace instead of repair. This person is just disgruntled because she made a bad decision and had to blame somebody. Our customers love us and we are very honest. This persons comments are vastly unreasonable and preposterous. We go out of our way to always do the right thing which is why we only tried to fix instead of just sell a new unit or system first. we even offered half her money back towards replacement unit and was not given chance. thank you. more

I can not say enough great things about this company. They came out to service my unit and found it could be repaired, but the cost to replace would be better in the long run. I was given a great deal of information on the products they offer as well as all the benefits to replacing instead of repairing my unit. The sales technichian also provided me with information on extended warranties that were avaliable through the manufacturer of the equipement. I was never pressured to replace instead of repair, which I really appreciated. My new unit was installed the next day and has been running great since! If you are looking for an honest, affordable, proffesional company to service all your cooling needs, Air Repair is that company. more

Our air conditioner unit stopped working properly so we called these guys at Air Repair & Associates to fix the problem. When they came over to fix our AC, they said that our Freon was nearly empty and we had a hole in one of our lines. So, they recommended fixing the hole and refilling the Freon. However, after doing this repair our air conditioner still did not work properly. The next day when they came out they said that our compressor was broke and recommended installing a new outside air conditioning unit. So, the $650 we paid to refill the Freon and repair the hole in our line was a waste of money and was not the correct diagnosis. They would not compensate us for any of $650 we paid for the wrong diagnosis. However, they claim that their work is 100% guaranteed and that their jobs are done right the first time, which is completely wrong! The quote they provided us with for installing a new AC unit was over $500 more than another repair man quoted us. I will never be using this company again and I highly recommend for others to AVOID using this company as well. more
