Best contractor I've ever worked with 5/24/2010

I’ve had a home improvement business for 20 years in Suffolk NY and now use Airmax exclusively in my homes. \r \r They are, without question, the best subcontractors I’ve ever worked with. \r \r Every time I call there I get my issues dealt with timely and reasonably by everyone there.\r I know all the service guys as well as most of the installers personally and they are true professionals! \r Pros: Prompt Courteous and VERY Professional. Cons: That there aren't more contractors like them more

I don't know what the last guy was talking about, Sometimes you get treated the you treat people. I have used them on numerous occasions for various jobs, prompt service at a reasonable rate. Professional and friendly staff. Pros: Prompt Service more

Worst heating installation 3/23/2008

Given their name for heating service and airconditioning service. A year into the contract I needed a new boiler. Put in the new boiler on a tuesday, and I have had no heat or hot water for the past week. Easter sunday I awake to no hot water and no heat. Numerous calls go to the 24 hour hotline all unanswered because the tech was asleep. Now a week later the problem seems to be solved. Nasty people on the phone and sarcastic as all hell. I am going to void my service contract and I am not paying them the full amount. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Cons: the whole company, especially Kathy. more
