Given their name for heating service and airconditioning service. A year into the contract I needed a new boiler. Put in the new boiler on a tuesday, and I have had no heat or hot water for the past week. Easter sunday I awake to no hot water and no heat. Numerous calls go to the 24 hour hotline all unanswered because the tech was asleep. Now a week later the problem seems to be solved. Nasty people on the phone and sarcastic as all hell. I am going to void my service contract and I am not paying them the full amount. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
