While my first experience with your company brought me back, and the second was very good... The final act brought down the curtain. I'll explain. Your tech confirmed that I indeed needed an extensive (and expensive) repair. However, when I asked if I could source my own parts and have you install them (labor only) you said OK, then proceeded to "price" yourselves right out! I realized that you wouldn't make any money off of me "up front", so you decided to make it up on the "back end". For what would have amounted to a 3-4 hour job you wanted a "Standard" $750+ fee (that's around $187.50 per hr.). I'm sorry, but I find that outrageous. Additionally, your usurious charge for materials (more than 75 markup), really? Thanks, but no thanks.
