Air Force One Air Conditioning

The guys from Air Force 1 handled the installation of my HVAC and now the service. They have been excellent. I would use no other company. more

STAY AWAY FROM LYING CHESTER AT AIR FORCE ONE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING. MY PARENTS PURCHASED A RUDD OUT SIDE CONDENSING HEAT PUMP FROM THIS LYING MAN FOUR AND A HALF YEARS AGO. THIS COMPANY IN THAT TIME WAS BACK AND FORTH TO MY PARENT'S HOME ABOUT TWO DOZEN OR SO TIMES. I FINALLY STOPPED MY PARENTS FROM HAVING THEM CALL LYING CHESTER AT AIR FORCE ONE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING. I HAD MY AIR CONDITIONING GUY REPAIR AND TOTALLY REWORK AND REPAIR THE OUT SIDE CONDENSING HEAT PUMP. THIS OUT SIDE CONDENSING HEAT PUMP USE TO SOUND LIKE A DRAG STIP WAS IN SIDE MY PARENT'S HOUSE AND OUT SIDE MY PARENT'S HOUSE. THE OUT SIDE CONDENSING HEAT PUMP SOUNDS MUCH BETTER SINCE MY AIR CONDITIONING GUY REPAIRED THE OUT SIDE CONDENSING HEAT PUMP IN SIDE AND OUT SIDE MY PARENT'S HOUSE. They came out do a patch job. When they come back out they nickel and dime u for what they said they fixed they don't inspect your unit out I had to call a real service company out to fix my ac more

The a/c coils had frozen, then thawed - flooding the bedroom beneath the unit. Air Force One was able to schedule a technician quickly. He was professional and prompt. A/C was usable immediately and completely repaired within three days. more

Top notch equipment installed by a knowledgeable crew in a timely fashion. Didnt mess up anything in the house. They have a one year warranty on labor and ten year warranty on parts. Very competitive if not the lowest cost job. more

While my first experience with your company brought me back, and the second was very good... The final act brought down the curtain. I'll explain. Your tech confirmed that I indeed needed an extensive (and expensive) repair. However, when I asked if I could source my own parts and have you install them (labor only) you said OK, then proceeded to "price" yourselves right out! I realized that you wouldn't make any money off of me "up front", so you decided to make it up on the "back end". For what would have amounted to a 3-4 hour job you wanted a "Standard" $750+ fee (that's around $187.50 per hr.). I'm sorry, but I find that outrageous. Additionally, your usurious charge for materials (more than 75 markup), really? Thanks, but no thanks. more
