We appreciate all you have done and your dedication and commitment to high quality service, as evidenced by your professionalism, extreme competence and friendiness from the initial consultation through the installation and tutorial session. You guys are excellent! You explain things thoroughly to clients, come on time consistently, do great work, and leave the house as if you were never there. FRANK AND JIM DID AN AMAZIN JOB FROM START TO FINISH. THEY HAD MY CARRIER UNIT INSTALLED AND CLEANED UP IN ONE DAY. THE WHOLE AIR DESIGN INSTALATION TEAM WAS CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGABLE. We had a very pleasant experience with Air Design from start to end. 1. The quote was thorough, competitive, and well explained. My husband is familiar with air conditioning systems and construction. He asks a million questions and requires all quotes to be broken down so he can crunch numbers himself. Air Design's owners were able to answer all questions promptly and clearly. We replaced an old central air cond. system. Air Design took one day to demo the old, and put in new flex tube ductwork, compressor, air handlers, sensors, etc. Their crew was friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Most impressive was the time and care the owner took to explain the system, the controls, and how to register the equipment. We can't wait to use our new system this summer! Frank and Jim of Air Design were were able to make installation of our much needed Central Air Conditioning possible!! Other companies said it could not be done due to the layout of our home but Air Design came through with Flying Colors!! Great Loyal Sevice 3/14/2012

I originally had Air Design install my AC System 13 years ago....I have used them for annual tune ups ever since....Their technicians have been very knowledgeable and professional on every visit....IF I ever have a problem they are there within a few hours making sure my system is up and running...I have recommended them to at least 5 of my friends and received the same feedback from them....To sum it up, .If you need a new AC or just service on an existing one Air Design is most likely your best bet....Keith Pros: null Cons: null more

Air Design Quality Air Conditioning Service and Repair 3/31/2011

Years ago I hired Air Design to replace the entire dual-zone air conditioning service in my home. Since then, I have been met with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service whenever I call with a question or concern. In fact, I recently purchased a three year service agreement with this company to cover both zones because I plan to remain with them for years to come. I have recommended this company to many friends, as well, and they too are as happy as I am. What impressed me the most about this firm, was that a few years ago I ran into a problem in my kitchen ceiling during a renovation and called the local utility who informed me that it was not their problem. Fortunately, I thought to call Air Design, and within a short time, a service man showed up and corrected the issue, so that the contractor could continue renovating the ceiling and and hang the cabinets that were ready for installation. It was a tremendous problem that was immediately resolved once the Air Design technician arrived. Therefore, I highly recommend Air Design for all of your air conditioning and heating needs. At the end of 2009 I hired Air Design to install a home central a/c system. We checked with BBB, they are spotless in many recent years. I got a large 3.5 ton Carrier unit. My friends also gave good reviews. more

At the end of 2009 I hired Air Design to install a home central a/c system. We checked with BBB, they are spotless in many recent years. I got a large 3.5 ton Carrier unit. My friends also gave good reviews. The Padavan brothers and their men did an excellent job. Very thorough and took their time to do it right. They respected my questions and were very responsive. They even came back a few months later to put an AC duct in my garage woodshop (at a very reasonable price) - done within 2 hours!! What a crew! Got a Federal tax credit, a factory rebate, a utility rebate and Air Design help with it all. Rare breed of contractors. If you need AC, hire them. I would recommend them to anyone. Good luck. more
