I have been a client for about 10 years. Air Depot is professional, experienced, trustworthy and gives 101 percent to me as their customer. I have always used Randall. He is the best. He is thorough, experienced and explains in detail the work he has done. I am totally pleased and confident in Air Depot. more

THE BEST 2/10/2016

I tried to deal with another company, it felt like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. I called up Air Depot and Joe answered all my questions. The next morning at 7:30 Joe was at my house. The total HVAC system was installed that Wed. & Thurs., I took Joe's recommendation on which unit to get, I have only had it one months billing but have saved a TON of money. Great service 12/30/2015

My father-in-law has used Air Depot for years and recommended them to us. We have been very pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. If we have an issue, they come out quickly, explain what HAS to be fixed as opposed to what can wait, and they do not pressure you into using the most expensive option. more

Good results. 11/16/2015

I hired Air Depot to do some maintenance work on my AC unit. They changed out the air handlers and did some duct work. I wasn't there for the appointment, but setting it up and having it done while I was absent was easy. They did a good job on all the work they did, which was a lot. They delivered on what they said they would do, in a professional and timely manner. They were very efficient. I have had no complaints or issues with the work. I was very satisfied. The results have been good. I don't have anything to compare their prices to, but I didn't have an issue with them. I would use them again. more

Doesn't cut corners. 10/22/2015

Air Depot put in a new A/C for me. They came out, did a good job, and stayed until the job was completed. They didn't cut corners, staying past closing time to get the job done. I would recommend them! more

Professional and customer oriented. 10/12/2015

Air Depot did a complete two unit AC installation in my home. The technician that did the installation was punctual for the service. He was professional and did a good job of explaining the system and its care. The unit and the warranty were a good value. Overall the service was great. I was pleased. more

I called Air Depot to come out and check my first floor unit which was not running. Frank was very professional and helped me to understand exactly what was going on. He fixed both of my units. The service was great and when I need AC work I will call them again. more

Honest, Professional, and Economic! 4/22/2015

I've used Air Depot for several year now. It became a merger between a previous company and a newer one. The combined team of technicians are all professional, honest, and on time. They're willing to tell me honestly what I need or don't need, so they don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff! While they're not the cheapest, they're extremely honest and are the best deal! more
