I have been using Air Depot for a number of years, I would say 15 or more. They do a great job with installation and service on residential heating and air units. I have had no problems or issues with them. They are friendly and very professional. Air Depot's service techs are very neat, they don't make a mess like some repair guys who don't care about your property. They have a different attitude, very positive. You couldn't find a better, more honest group to work with. more

There's nothing really to discuss. Air Depot serviced the unit, installed a new system, and now they maintain it. It's not rocket science. more

Impressed with the company's professionalism 3/10/2011

To those of you who are planning to purchase a new air conditioner, or furnace, I wish to know of my experience with Air Depot. I recently purchase a new AC/heating system from them. The personnel were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. My house is warm to my satisfaction, and was left clean upon completion of the the work. I was paricularly impressed with the company's professionalism. A free assessment was made of my needs prior to the installation, and an inspection was made of the work done following the installation. Also, I was helped with sending in the necessary data for a possible rebate by the state of TX for my new energy efficient air conditioner. I appreciated this very much. I give the company 5 stars! \r more
