Airbrook is nice service. Always use them to go the airport. Took them into Manhattan today and back, driver was great and handled the traffic like a pro. They've been around for years. Great business. more

Reliable 9/27/2010

Their cars may be dirty but they always show up on time. You can rely on Air Brook. The drivers are friendly, helpful, and safe drivers. I will continue to use Air Brook and recommend them. more

would never use 8/11/2010

We were to be pick-up at newark (2 couples)but no one showed up, NO call, We hang around for about 1 hour. I called with no luck and then had to take taxi. Left the airport and finally got home.\r next morning at 10 am we got a call that said that they were sorry and that someone would be calling me later. I waited till 3;30 no call. I called with just getting answering machines. Finally a vice pres.called she said they would be sending some scrip too us for another drive (good luck) I told her to keep it. Save the stamp. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGIAN more
