confirming d rail rating, EXCEPT non-management personnel love residents and are doing their best to provide the best care and make residents happy and well cared for. If in doubt, ask residents (out of ear shot of management) if they get good care, food quality, have plenty of activities to keep them busy and happy. Question - What do you do every day and on weekends?
Staff turnover is extremely high due to lack of pay and no benefits. Medical techs are trained in-house (on the job) with NO formal training. Management is
concerned with the bottom line and getting new residents. Lots of volunteers used like employees instead of hiring someone to do work. Person in
charge of activities is also in management and can not
do the work of two or more people by herself. Care staff
used to help do activities with help from volunteers.
Ainsley Courte has declined greatly in the last year or so. Micro management. Every detail is dicated by management. Management needs to learn how to hire
good employees, pay them a reasonable wage, train new employees and then let them use their talents to get the job done. No one does their best with threats hanging over their shoulder.. Employees must pay for
their own flu shots, TB test unless they have been an employee for one year. Employees are NOT CPR certified unless they have gotten their certification on their own elsewhere. Management personnel are also not certified nor are they certified for meds. Menus are planned by management with no oversight of dietitian.
