I rent with them for more than two year. Everything was fine the first year because the house was new when I rent it. One day, we breaks a gas line of the stove when we clean it. We called them and notified about the accident. They send a speciality to check the stove. Then We wait for couple month without any respond. I'm frustrate and fixed it myself. Then I decide to move out. My surprise was that they charge me $600 for the stove from my security deposit without verify if the stove was fix it or not. I told them that I fixed it and they want to charge $75 more to verify that. They took my complete deposit $1150 plus charge me $295 more just for the stove and the carpet. Please be carefully. This company is not professional. I saw in others website other people complain about overcharge and take the whole deposit. Please everybody go to ftc.gov and BBB and complaint about it. We need to take way those bad company from the market.
