I would much rather give a no star rating, however it makes you pick at least one. I was sent to Oklahoma Heart in Tulsa from my physician after he diagnosed me with unstable angina, and with a family history of heart disease wanted to make sure we rule out that I was having early stages considering I'm only 34. I received my call with instructions and followed them through. When I arrived at the address that was on my referral I was notified I was in the wrong location. Got to the correct location and found out that they were not going to run the test that day that I had been told the day before they were. I did get to see the doctor though....who informed me that I was wasting my time that I was to young. I wonder if he would have said that to the young lady here where I live that just died at the age of 27 from a heart attack. After that appointment I was set up for the test and would have to come back the next week. As before I got the phone call with instructions. When I arrive for my appointment I am not on their schedule, so they look and I'm on the schedule at the other location, but they will fit me in when they can but it will probably be an hour to an hour and a half at most. Needless to say I spoke my peace of mind and call my primary care doctor and I am now scheduled to be at the Oklahoma Heart in Oklahoma City. Where my father has received all his medical treatment and lived through three heart attacks because of their excellent staff. May I say has never treated my father or anyone in my family rude. If I was having a heart attack and this was the only place left to go, I would much rather risk going anywhere even if it meant dying then dealing with these rude people.
