In 2004 I purchased a home from AGL Homes. The home was not put together properly and mold began growing in walls and ceilings. Attorney General sent inspector and ordered repairs made-these repairs were never compleated. I wrote Judge Cohen the owner and explained the mold was causeing sickness in my children- I also sent Dr reports of blood tests to prove this was the truth. I was compleatly ignored and because I was going to litigate the Attorney Generals office closed my case. I have inquired to the AG every year for the past 6 years and this year was told there are no records of my complaint or orders that repairs were to be made. I have copies of the letters from AG and the inspections of my home that state it was not put together properly allowing rain into walls and ceilings causing mold growth. No lawyers will take my case because they say between the AG office and the Judge that owns AGL Homes there is no way I could win. I paid cash in good faith and the laws work against me because people in powerful places can conspire to protect an official who is very powerful-this is very wrong to let my children suffer with this mold infection just to cover up wrongs that have been done-someday I will find someone in a high office that will listen and bring justice to my children
