I went into Aesthetix laser medical spa looking for a safe, cost-effective liposuction. Having made the decision to dramatically change my appearance, I was nervous and a little bit terrified of actually going through with it. From my first interaction with Aesthetix to the last, they were the example of professionalism, courtesy and care. The woman who took my appointment ( I think her name was Bino) was amazing and hooked me in. She made sure I was briefed about everything beforehand and made me feel super comfortable and confident. Of course, Dr. Rho was excellent. He was fabulous and his surgical skills and experience spoke for themselves. My recovery time was about six weeks. During this time Dr. Rho kept in touch with me and the staff guided me through the process of recovery. I love my results considering it was so affordable, and easy to do. I would highly recommend Aesthetix over any other cosmetic surgery place in NYC. more

I went in for a micro dermabrasion which cost me $125 and the tech spent less than 4 mins on my face. i was expecting them to spend at least 15mins on my face. From all the research that I did most places offer you 30 to 90 mins. I am very disappointed. This is my first time getting this procedure and and this NOT!!! what I expected. There is no difference in the appearance of my face everything look the same. I am not expecting a miracle with just one treatment and not to mention it was JUST 4 mins!!!! I didn't even leave there with a glow. I work hard for that $125.00 I will not recommend anyone to have this procedure done here. I have been getting Botox and fillers for several years with Dr. Rho. He does a fantastic job every time, and it always looks beautiful. I had gone to see other doctors previously, but they didn't have the same results. Dr. Rho is truly artistic and skillful. He also did a great job on my spider veins, which had bothered me for many years. I used to have to cover the spider veins with makeup but not anymore. My procedure at Aesthetix was flawless. I had always had a problem with my body (especially my stomach) so when diet and excercise didn't work, I turned to Dr. Rho for a liposuction. He was so cooperative and confident in his skills; he is an expert cosmetic sugeon who made me fall in love with my body. I doubt I'll ever trust any cosmetic surgeon with myself other than Dr. Rho. He is the worst cosmetic surgeon I have been to. He did the first procedure and it was so bad that I went to him to complain and after my insistence he agreed to fix what he thought had nothing wrong. The second procedure was worst than the first. I am truly unhappy with his work. its been a year and I am still trying to fix his hack job. Do not see this doctor. He is shady and has the worst bedside manners and treats his staff like dirt. I can never thank this practice enough. I went in a 2 if you added me twice and came out a solid 8. They made me feel comfortable making this life changing decision and showed me how to maintain this course once it was over.
